The idea

My family plays Phase 10 constantly and we always ended up with a torn piece of paper getting passed around or someone's notes app pulled up trying to remember what phase everyone was on. Took me a few hours to just build something better.

What it does

Add your players, pick colors, and track everyone's current phase as the game goes on. There's a built-in reference for every phase requirement, sets, runs, color hands, so nobody has to look it up on the box mid-game. Color-coded so you can see the whole table's progress at a glance.

No login, no setup beyond adding names. Open it, play, close it.
