The idea

I coach youth basketball and I kept bouncing between my notes app, a whiteboard, and whatever stat sheet I'd thrown together the night before. Nothing I found actually covered the full picture. Roster, drills, practice structure, and in-game tracking all in one place. So I built it.

What it does

You build out your roster and drill library first, then put together practice plans from those drills and step through them on the sideline during practice. For games there's a live stat tracking mode designed to be fast enough to actually use in the moment without taking your eyes off the floor for too long.

Everything is behind Supabase auth so it's your data and nobody else's. The whole thing is mobile-first because that's the only screen that matters when you're standing on a gym floor.

Stack

Next.js App Router, Supabase for auth and data, shadcn/ui, Tailwind. Dark mode because gym lighting is terrible and your phone brightness is already all the way down.

Status

Live at gameplan-ruby.vercel.app. Still actively adding features between seasons.
